ESS offers an all-in-one solution for 24-hour Emergency Phone service and Elevator Phone Monitoring. When ESS monitors your elevator phones, it can also provide your building tenants with a 1-800 number, or a branded, toll-free number to call in the event of an after-hours emergency. This number can be used to report any type of emergency, as well as potential emergencies, and can significantly reduce arrival time from first responders. ESS will personally dispatch building technicians on your behalf, and anyone else that may be needed to respond to an emergency. In the event of an after hours emergency, any amount of reduced response time could make the difference in preventing significant structural damage, or physical harm.
All after hours calls are routed to our UL listed central station and are immediately answered by TEAM ESS personnel. Incoming calls will automatically identify the caller’s location in order to ensure a timely response from necessary personnel. This service is designed to meet ADA requirements and not only provides immediate support, but is also an excellent way for owners to provide top of the line service to their tenants, employees, customers, and guests.
