Sound Masking

Sound masking is the addition of natural or artificial sound into an environment, in order to cover up unwanted sound, or stop sound from traveling. Sound masking can make a work environment more comfortable by creating speech privacy, so workers can better concentrate and be more productive. In addition, sound masking provides a greater level of privacy in areas where confidential and sensitive information is communicated, such as conference rooms, medical facilities and banks.
