ESS Breaks Ground on State-Of-The-Art Central Station

This summer, ESS broke ground on a state-of-the-art UL central monitoring station located at its Towaco, NJ headquarters.  Already a hub of activity, the upgraded facility will allow ESS to expand its service capacity for video verification, video guard tours and virtual concierge services. In addition to enhanced video services, the remodeling will streamline all customizable functions ESS provides for its clients. The modification includes internal virtualization of off-site access control management platforms, intrusion alarm programming software, remote telephone entry management software and other services to allow operators immediate access to the resources they need.

In order to support the advanced system functions of ESS’s redesigned central station, ESS has announced an extended partnership with ABM Data Systems and Innovative’s Innowatch product. The partnership will allow for true video alarm verification and provide a unified security solution. Innotive’s next generation smart control room solution offers bandwidth efficient delivery of video and effective control room operations. A new video wall and workstation will allow Innowatch to direct operators to relevant streams of video amongst multiple client sites.

This updated central station and the state-of-the-art features that come with it will put ESS well ahead of its competition by offering customers unrivaled security solutions and support.
