 Job Description  and Duties:

 

 We are seeking an Entry Level Sales Representative - Security Integration Sales to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

The main function of this position is to preform sales of the company in New Jersey with a focus on the northern region. Sales shall focus on new system installations and additions, service contracts (including test and inspections, fire extinguisher tagging, maintenance contracts) and monitoring contracts (including alarm monitoring, access control management, emergency and elevator phone service) for new customers. Any customers brought in by you will be accounts managed by you for any new systems installations, major system additions, any additional services, and any new locations. Minor system additions and service work will be handled by the Service department.

The inside sales support and engineering team will be available to assist in the sales process to allow you to focus on customer relations including: Cold calling, initial marketing meetings, prequalify leads, customer information and data verification, sales preparations and presentations, sales follow up, checking up with customers and networking.

 

We are currently looking for bright, assertive individuals to join our outside sales team. As a Security Integration Sales Specialist, your role would consist of learning new B2B markets and effectively building and managing a portfolio of national clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
  • Prospect and contact potential customers
  • Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
  • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
  • Create sales material to present to customers

Qualifications:

  • 0 - 2 years previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
  • Familiarity with B2B Sales / Business Development process
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Required education: Bachelor's
  • Ability to meet/exceed sales and performance targets/benchmarks
  • Strong communication skills (written and oral)
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Solutions-based sales process knowledge a plus
