Perform work as shown and directed in the general categories of access control,
CCTV, burglar alarm and fire, including but not limited to plan take off, job visits,
submittal package gathering, datasheet management, preparing and layout of
CAD/Visio drawings, and assisting in project engineering. The main function of this
position is in a sales, engineering, and project management support position.
Company sales focus on new system installations and additions, service contracts
(including test and inspections, fire extinguisher tagging, maintenance contracts) and monitoring contracts (including alarm monitoring, access control management,
emergency and elevator phone service) for new customers. While majority working
with our engineering staff you may occasionally be called on to respond to sales and operations in a assistant capacity. Some sales follow up for the department proposals may be requires. Learning of our systems, to enable you to do training and programming for customer assistance, will be part of the job description. You would report directly to our head engineer.
